“Engineers play a critical role in every product and gadget we use in our everyday lives. Our engineers at SLP are no exception. They work hard to design, plan and create new products to help expand our assortment and add variety for our customers.

Engineers help solve, fix and find solutions to problems using their vast knowledge in science, math and logic. So, from a customer service standpoint, our engineers are one of SLP’s biggest assets in dealing with customer issues that may arise. SLP’s Engineers are not only helpful in dealing with requests or problems that may come across our desks, but they also work directly with a customer to help develop and design products if need be. I, myself, feel lucky to have this group of engineers at SLP. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we have all of the correct information to pass along to our customers.”
