Supporting Our Customers with Prototyping

SLP supports customers with our various prototyping capabilities, including additive manufacturing (3D printed parts), and quick silicon molds using polyurethane resin. For 3D printed parts, if the parts to produce are larger than our in-house printer’s capacity, we partner with external additive manufacturing services with larger printing envelopes. The prototyping method used is largely dependent on how the prototype material behaves, making sure it performs as close to the actual production part material as possible. In some cases, we have small injection mold tools made to test very small parts to check performance.
