Parabolic Louvers
Parasquare 1
P1® is the internationally recognized, industry standard, small cell injection molded plastic parabolic louver. The nominal 5/8” x 5/8” x 7/16” (16 x 16 x 10.2mm) cell size.
Parasquare 2
P2® is the industry standard 1-1/2” x 1-1/2” x 1” (38 x 38 x 25.4mm) injection molded plastic parabolic louver. This internationally accepted product satisfies the demands of both efficiency and luminance control.
Parasquare 3
Parasquare 3® with mid-sized 3/4” x 3/4” x 1/2” (19 x 19 x 12.2mm) cells provide 35° shielding and maintains energy saving efficiencies. P3® reflects SLP’s commitment to high efficiency louvers by offering not only an unsurpassed optically engineered wedge back design but also the molded louver configurations that will maximize energy budgeted applications.
Parasquare 5
P5® is the low brightness louver of choice when energy budgeting is critical and controlled luminance is required. The 3/4” x 3/4” x 3/8” (19 x 19 x 9mm) flat back louver design affords efficiencies equal to those of lenses while maintaining 99% of its distribution in the 0-60° zone.
Eggcrate Louvers
T
Thincell 1/2” (13mm) cube plastic louvers are accepted as the worldwide standard. Thincell provides efficiency, economy and moderately controlled luminances. These panels feature shiplap perimeter detailing to facilitate an unbroken appearance when parts are butt joined in continuous row application.
TC
SLP‘s Thincell™ TC is an injection molded cube louver that offers unequalled efficiency, economy and dimensional versatility. Standard finishes include opaque white, black and specular silver. TC is molded in both 2’ x 4‘ and metric panel sizes. The nominal 3/8” (7.6mm) thickness offers an important freight advantage when cube and container capacity is an issue. All molded sizes include a half lap perimeter detail that facilitates continuous row applications with an unbroken appearance.

Specially molded for metric sizes.
Cells of the T3-M6 are not perfectly square as they approach the perimeter of the eggcrate. T3-M6 Cell Size: 1/2” X 1/2” X 3/8” (14 x 14 x 9.5mm) Panel Size: 24-5/16” x 49” (618 x 1243 mm). TC-M5 Cell Size: Nominal 5/8” X 5/8” X 3/8” (16 x 16 x 7.6mm) Panel Size: 23-1/4” x 47” (595 x 1195 mm)
Aluminum Eggcrate
Thincell™ Aluminum louvers offer a simple means of achieving a desired cut-off while maintaining compliance with strict fire codes. Stock parts are available with cell sizes of 1/2” x 1/2” x 1/2” (13 x 13 x 13mm) and 1” x 1” x 1” (25 x 25 x 25mm) each of which provide 45° cut-off and are available in a number of finishes and panel sizes. Cell configurations from 1/2” x 1/2” x 1” (13 x 13 x 25mm) up to 2” x 2” x 2” (50.8 x 50.8 x 50.8mm) are also available to meet special lighting and ceiling requirements. Luminances are not suited for computer VDT intensive areas.
Decorative Louvers
Decorona
Decorona™ 33 and 50 offer the original “circle within a square motif” that has been copied but never equaled. This marriage of geometric forms produces a pleasing array of contrasting luminances and surfaces. The parabolic cone‘s completely uniform low brightness cut-off is set off by the square cell’s slightly elevated reflections.
Parahex
SLP‘s Parahex P6’s® hexagonal cells offer equally high degrees of brightness control in the parallel, perpendicular and diagonal zones. 3/4” X 3/4” X 1/2” (19 x 19 x 12.7mm) flat back cells produce less than half the luminance in the 45° zone than competing products.
Angleflex
Angleflex™ is the most sophisticated injection molded directional louver available. This louver is designed for those special applications that require highly restricted distribution in one direction, the majority of distribution in the opposite direction and 45° cut-off in the perpendicular plane.
Flat Sheet Lenses & Extruded Sheet
Frost LED Overlay
Frost LED Overlay is .080” thick that provides a soft white satin appearance for a variety of lighting applications. It combines high efficiency with excellent diffusing properties making it an excellent choice for LED lighting applications. Light Transmission: 95%
PR12
Prismatic Pattern 12 is undoubtedly the most widely recognized lighting medium available. This extruded lens features .187” (4.7mm) female prisms that offer excellent efficiencies while maintaining 87% of the light output in the 0-60° zone. PR12 is available in numerous thicknesses, materials and panel sizes.
PR15
SLP‘s extruded Prismatic Pattern 15 is designed specifically to span large openings without any objectionable sag. The 3/8” (9.5mm) square based female prisms not only provide structural rigidity but also offer an orderly appearance. PR15 is the only lens for large openings that offers high efficiencies, controlled luminance and rigidity. With a light transmission of approx. 83%, the prisms are oriented perpendicular to the width and length.
PR19
SLP‘s extruded Prismatic Pattern 19 lens offers the light control of an injection molded lens at a fraction of the cost. The 3/16” (4.7mm) square-based male prisms suppress luminance at critical angles and delivers 92% of the light output to the 0-60° zone. PR19 is one of the best alternatives when brightness control is a consideration but parabolic louvers are not required.
Flex Sheet
Flex Sheet is a .020” thick white matte acrylic sheet with 50% impact additive which is extremely flexible. The sheet can be used in lay-in applications, as an overlay insert perforated metal components, or can be sheared or fabricated easily into any 2-dimensional shape or pattern. Light Transmission: 65%
Cracked Ice
Randomly patterned acrylic cracked ice sheet in .065, .070 and .125 thickness. Clear or white finish and oversized panels available.

Reflective mirror panel. Film mask on face side to protect mirror from scratches during handling and fabrication
P95 LED
P95 Frost Sheet is .118″ thick that provides uniform, glare free lighting. Designed for LEDs, 100% Impact Resistant Acrylic.
High Efficiency White Acrylic
SLP’s LM High Efficiency White Acrylic is a premium white acrylic sheet which provides both high transmission and excellent lamp hiding capabilities. The diffusion comes from a combination of a very fine surface texture and special diffusing additives.
Twin Wall
The Twin Wall is constructed from multiple layers of polycarbonate for maximum strength, with an internal cellular structure that makes them light and flexible.
Retrofit Kits
RFK2
The RFK2 retrofit kit exemplifies both simplicity and function. The sturdy steel frame is installed onto a standard inverted tee system, the luminaire returned to its original position but now on top of the frame and the door containing your choice of light control media can then be installed. The door is supported by integral pin hinges and is fastened with cam latches. The majority of louvers and all lenses can easily be adapted to fit the door. RFK2 is an easy choice for areas that contain missing, damaged and mismatched luminaire door frames.
